I work with ministry leaders, board members, staff, and churches in dealing with conflicts and trauma. I provide workshops and training integrating mental health, spiritual development and biblical teaching. I offer specialized therapy in attachment, marriage and family, body and parts work, as well as spiritual direction and life coaching.

God calls us to abide in Him, perfect love that casts out all fear, but our fears, life stories, and inner strategies create barriers for us to do so. Often these emotions (shame, anger, grief, etc.), and patterns of behavior are stuck in the body. They are ungrounded or dysregulated parts of ourselves (child parts, pain, subconscious self). Neuroscience shows that our entire body (not just our mind) holds our experiences that require different processing than talk therapy alone. It requires body, mind, spirit alignment and integration.
