We work with leadership teams (church and business) and teams in communication, team building and culture, as well as strategic vision, etc. We also work with couples and families using Life Languages to improve communication and relationships. I (Jenni) do leadership coaching. Paul mentors leaders especially in business. We run the Kairos Leadership Academy (based in Bath) which is a F2F programme (www.kla-uk.org) as well as an online programme (just up and running and in design). I do sessions, if necessary, of inner healing ministry.
