Come and join us in the Ukraine to raise up the next generation!
We are travelling to Ukraine to run a week long camp for 16-24 year olds!
Following a hard season for the young people of Ukraine, we want them to encounter and experience God in mighty ways, create community and fellowship, and remind them of who God created them to be! With morning and evening sessions of practical teachings, worship and prayer, and afternoons of fun bonding activities, we believe this is going to be a wildly fruitful week.

Zambia
Join Steve Long for a week in Zambia as we train and equip pastors and leaders.
We'd fly from London, UK, on Monday, June 10th, to Ndola, Zambia.
Catch the Fire has a church in the northern city of Ndola. We will facilitate a Leaders School for pastors in the region and others who plan to attend from Kenya, Uganda, etc.
Flights: Approximate cost of flights from London to Zambia: $2000 CAD (£1200).
Hotel: There are two hotel options for you to choose:
a) Protea hotel (https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/nlapr-protea-hotel-ndola/). This is a Western-style hotel. Based on two sharing, $135 CDN (80 pounds) per person per day.
b) Crossroads Lodge. https://crossroadslodges.com/ Is a Zambian-style hotel for $40 CDN (25 pounds) per person per room. Steve plans to use the Marriott.

Apostolic Mentoring with Michael Brodeur
Apostolic Mentoring is a part of GROW@ CATCH THE FIRE, led by Cathy Harris. It is designed to equip and empower our movement members and leaders to fulfill our mandate and mission: to multiply healthy, supernatural churches, ministries, and missions in multiple expressions so the world encounters God's transforming presence.
The Apostolic Mentoring project uses the 12M Leadership Course taught by Michael and Diane Brodeur with guest speakers. This course focuses on twelve essential skills for building thriving churches that maximize the mobilization of every member for ministry according to their God-given design and destiny. You are invited to join at this Zoom link!
Uganda
We are going to Uganda where we will be running an International Leaders School of Ministry (ILSOM) in another region, training and equipping locals, leaders and pastors, showing them the love of the Father. Followed by a day of Safari to see the beauty of Uganda!
We will then be travelling to unreached islands on Lake Victoria where we will have the honour of distributing Bibles to them for the first time, and telling people about Jesus!
Trip cost: $800 + flights

Freshwind 2024
Freshwind is an annual youth conference that is organized by Catch The Fire Church, located in Toronto, Canada. The conference is designed to provide young people with an opportunity to deepen their faith through worship, learning, and experiencing the presence of God. Attendees will have the chance to hear from inspiring speakers, participate in powerful worship sessions, and connect with a community of like-minded believers who are eager to grow in their faith. The event is open to 6th - 12th grade students, youth groups, youth pastors, and their teams.
Kids Ministry Pop-up: Session One
Join us for a comprehensive 10-session training designed to equip and empower children's ministry leaders and volunteers. Throughout the sessions, we'll cover essential topics such as team building, effective scheduling and lesson planning, understanding the role of the Holy Spirit in children's lives, and selecting the right curriculum. Discover practical strategies for supporting and appreciating your volunteer team while keeping them spiritually nourished. Learn how to recognize and nurture the unique potential within each child, and the significance of intercessory prayer in bringing breakthroughs to the next generation. Gain insights into creating engaging special programs and cultivating support from senior leadership. Ultimately, explore the Kingdom priority of children's ministry and its vital role in shaping the future generation according to God's plan. Join us as we embark on this journey to ignite passion and excellence in children's ministry!
Theology Pop-up: Session Two
Come along on an eye-opening journey through the Bible, spread across 10 sessions. We'll dive into the different types of writing in the Bible, like poetry, prophecy, and wisdom literature, and see how they shape our faith. Each session will give us insights into what God's trying to say to us through these texts. We'll also learn how to deal with challenging sections and understand what the Bible says about culture and history. By the end, you'll have some powerful tools to understand the Bible better and see how its wisdom applies to our lives today. Come join us for a deeper dive into the Bible and theology!
Prayer Pop-up: Session Two
Join us for this amazing 11-session training where we'll dive deep into prayer and its impact on your relationship with God. We'll tackle some big questions, like why we pray even if God already knows everything. Plus, we'll learn how powerful praying with Scripture can be. We'll also explore the differences between intercession and regular prayer, check out how fasting fits into it all, and even look into night prayer theology. We'll talk about how powerful it is when we all agree in prayer and the importance of patience and persistence. You'll also learn how to see the results of your prayers and discover the patterns in the Lord's prayer. Lastly, we'll wrap it all up with a special Christmas-themed session, looking at how prayer and Jesus' birth are connected. Come join us and deepen your prayer life.
