About

We work with leadership teams (church and business) and teams in communication, team building and culture, as well as strategic vision, etc. We also work with couples and families using Life Languages to improve communication and relationships. I (Jenni) do leadership coaching. Paul mentors leaders especially in business. We run the Kairos Leadership Academy (based in Bath) which is a F2F programme (www.kla-uk.org) as well as an online programme (just up and running and in design). I do sessions, if necessary, of inner healing ministry.

Education and Training

MA in Leadership @ Henley Business School, Counselling Course at Waverley Abbey, various Inner Healing courses (RTF single issue, Bethel Sozo, Theophostic, etc) plus many years of experience, Master Coach and Trainer in Life Languages, Coaching Certificate, Emotional Culture Deck Consultant.
