About

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? I'm here to help, whether you're an adult seeking support, a parent concerned about your child, or a young person looking for guidance. While I work with clients of all ages, I specialise in supporting young people - including those navigating Autism and ADHD - drawing on my extensive experience in youth counselling, healthcare, and education.

In our safe, non-judgemental and confidential space, you can explore whatever you're going through - from anxiety, depression, and anger to grief, self-harm, relationship difficulties, family issues, work stress, or questions about identity.

My integrative therapy style combines practical tools for immediate relief with gentle exploration of root causes, fostering lasting positive change. We'll move at your pace, whether you prefer traditional talk therapy or more creative approaches. Together, we'll set meaningful goals and build your confidence to create the life you truly want - even if you're still discovering what that looks like.
